Our
Brief

Docklands Primary School opened in 2021 to service the growing local community. The school had a collection of architectural renders and photographs of the buildings, but nothing that showed a living, breathing school. School Days was given the task of capturing a range of vibrant, warm images that showed off the school at work.

Approach

School Days worked with Principal, Adam Bright to plan two sessions over two days, aiming to capture a range students and disciplines across the whole school. Time was also allocated to formal portraits of the leadership team.

Outcome

School Days spent two days at Docklands Primary School and delivered over 250 images showcasing students and teachers at work in F-6 classrooms, Music, PE, Auslan, and Art. The images showcased the school's inner-city location and distinctive multi-level architecture, while highlighting the vibrant and lively school community.
